Terms and Conditions

These terms are a starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them.

Scope of work

Every project is governed by a written proposal that states the deliverables, the price, the timeline and what is excluded. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Payments

Projects normally begin on an advance, with the balance due at agreed milestones. Monthly marketing retainers are billed in advance. Taxes are charged as applicable.

Client responsibilities

Timely content, approvals and access to accounts are needed for us to meet a delivery date. Delays caused by pending content shift the timeline accordingly.

Ownership

On full payment, the deliverables become yours, along with the source files and the accounts they run in. Third-party licences remain subject to their own terms.

Results

We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising returns or sales volumes, because no one honestly can. We do guarantee the work described in the proposal and transparent reporting of what was done.
